Approves Establish the European Subsidiary |
The Board of Directors of CipherLab Co., Ltd., at its
meeting on July 11, 2006, approved the investment of establishing the European
Subsidiary. The purpose of the investment is to enhance our services quality to
EMEA customers and prospect for generating better turnover with the new
generation products.
Sales for EMEA for the six months ended June 30,2005 was around 40% of entire
company sales as well as a gain 28.4% over the six-month period ended June 30,
2004. |
