Examples of our initiatives are: ISO 9000 CipherLab has been certified with ISO 9000 in 1997, a series of international standards for inspecting production processes, updating records, maintaining equipment, training employees and handling customer relations. ISO 14000 CipherLab has been certified with ISO 14000 in year 2005, a series of international standards for environmental management systems, life-cycle assessment, environmental auditing of processes, environmental labeling and environmental performance evaluation. RoHS CipherLab fully supports environmental legislation to reduce the amount of electronic waste reaching our landfills. We are currently in the migration process for designated existing product families in line with European initiatives to control electronic waste. CipherLab is committed to supporting the framework of the European Union ( EU) initiative on the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
